Neck pain – If you are troubled by neck pain then do these 3 exercises daily

Whether you are a student or a visitor to the office, almost everyone has a sore throat or stiffness at one point or another. Poor sleeping position, sitting for long hours or being stuck on a smartphone exacerbates this problem. However, in the office, we have to work in one place. Along with this, the health of the body is also affected by the work of sitting continuously in one place and bending the neck. Persistent neck pain and stiffness can become a hindrance in your daily life, so if you want to get rid of this pain in time, know how to treat it.

Neck pain can be acute (short-term) or chronic (long-term). When dealing with severe neck pain, your doctor or trained medical professional will often recommend neck exercises for pain relief. Physical therapy is often cited as one of the most successful treatments for chronic neck pain. Not only does it cure pain but it can also help in improving the neck muscles. Here are some easy physical therapy exercises that you can do from the comfort of your home to help your muscles recover faster.

turn your neck.

Slowly turn your neck to one side and stay in this position for 5-7 seconds.

Make sure your jaw is at full height.

Gently turn your neck to the other side Stay in this position for 5-7 seconds.

Repeat the exercise 5 times.

Neck tilt.

This is one of the easiest exercises to get relief from neck pain. Simply bend your neck down and touch your chest with your chin. Pause for at least 5 seconds. Return to the starting position.

Repeat the exercise 5 times.

Lateral tilt.

Turn your neck to the side (towards the shoulders) and stay in this position for 5 seconds. Keep your head high. Turn your neck to the other side Stay in the same position for 5 seconds.
